Just a quick "hello" to members of HCPD. I am the daugter of June Burke Morris, my grandmother was Chloe Morrison Burke, and we are descended from Henry Hinzman. My mom and I used to be members. I don't have the records, so was trying to find out where Charity Coon Hinzman, wife of Henry, was buried. I think she lived her last years with a daughter who married a Starcher in Roane county. I also remember something about a Walnut Grove cemetary. Any help would be appreciated.

My name is John Machir. I am a genealogist of 28 years in Mason County West Virginia. I know that there is a Ferdinand Sallaz buried in a cemetery opposite Haven Heights, a residential section of New Haven, West Virginia in Mason County which is right next to Jackson County, West Virginia. The stone is aging and weathering and difficult to read. Whether this is your ancestor or not I am not certain....jpmachir@yahoo.com
